it was clean

didn’t like that the sink was outside of the where the shower was. There was no lights above the sink. terrible lightening to do your hair and make up.

They were considerate about the reason i was staying there. My husband was in NKC hospital since we arrived. They kept him longer than expected so I've been here longer than planned and it wasn't a problem.

The room was pretty basic and run of the mill....except for the cute lounger by the bed...but I was afraid if I sat on it, I'd never get up! (I use a walker) Had asked for a handicapped suite but we were taken to a handicapped room with just beds. Told them that we were supposed to have a suite, so we got one but it's not handicapped...can't shower or feel safe in this bathroom...such trauma!

The pool was cold the price high for the area and I saw 2 bug

There wasn’t much to like about the facility. We were able to change to a bigger room but that took some negotiation.

The pictures online were not of the actual facility. It was very misleading. The hotel room bed sizing was not accurate. The staff was rude. The pool temperature was very cold and uncomfortable to swim in. The pool was closed for a portion of the time and when it opened back up the water was colder than before. The water was also green. The amount of chlorine caused rashes on our children. The breakfast was cold both days and food was not replaced when it was out. Our room smelled like sewer water. We asked to change rooms due to the smell and were told we had to wait until they got back to us. There were stains on the carpet, stains all over the walls, black hair in the shower and on towels. Part of the bed was sticking out.
