Very friendly front desk staff as well as bartender at Conrad's (Denise) was wicked accommodating and friendly. Bed was comfortable & room was clean. House Keeping kept the room pristine & stocked during the duration of our stay.

There is no way they should be charging the amount they did for a two day stay in Rockland, MA. Only reason I chose this venue was for a wedding and the hotel jacked up the prices for the specific wedding weekend. Weekends before & after were more than half the price cheaper. Shower was cold. Iron in room was broken. Refrigerator wasn't evenly cooling drinks / food, needs to be replaced. Only one elevator was operable so wait times were long.

Ok room and features, pool was not in use

They couldn’t find my reservation and said they didn’t even have rooms with the type of layout shown on booking.com so it was a big struggle and I ended up getting billed by both companies and had to fight with both to get my money back
