This was an easily located hotel with an updated vibe.

Our first room had an issue with the air conditioning unit.

Property was close to the airport and check-in was easy. Breakfast was served early (6am) and was satisfying.

Not really a negative, but just odd. In the kingsize room, the TV was off to one side of the bed, rather than at the foot of the bed. A little more difficult to see than straight-on for both persons on the bed

very nice and convenient location.

Staff members seemed unattached and were very nonchalant about ensuring their customers had a pleasant experience. Desk workers were more concerned with doing absolutely nothing rather than assist with accommodations that were entered incorrectly either by a third party or them. They seemed comfortably lazy!

Location was perfect...very easy to find after a long day's drive.

The staff was excellent

The kids loved the unlimited hot chocolate and we loved the lobby fire place.

Breakfast was great, you had a good selection from cereal, to eggs and bacon or sausage. Juices, turnovers, waffles, or pancakes, toast or bagel. Fresh Fruit, yogurt. Everything was conveniently locate, a Walmart right down the street, and places to eat, down another way - in the town of Belmont. Great sight seeing area.

Really can't think of anything that could have been better. Wish we could of come a little sooner so we could have seen more that was available there in the area is probably the only thing. Some of the Christmas light options were closed on the 24th and 25th, so may have to make a trip back next year to see what we missed.
