The location is a hidden gem at the upper keys. The setting is quiet and we loved the poolside cabana with tv. The sunsets are priceless!

Slatted bathroom door, fan switch was hard to find (built into the cabinet- didn’t see it the first night), batteries in the AC remote died just before bed day 1

Location is very secluded and beautiful. the pool, beach and amenities were great and wish we could spend more time to use them.

On second day my wife found roaches and roach droppings in bathroom and kitchen. Reported the issue when we left.

The bed. The mattress was so soft (and probably worn out) that first person rolled into the center and there was no way second person could sleep. That was me.

Service was great, the setting of the property is amazing, and you can use at no cost paddleboards, kayaks, bbq... The property is very quiet. They will welcome you with a good drink to start your vacation relaxing! At night you can do s'mores on the fire ring, they provide you the kit for it! I needed to do a small laundry and they could arrange it for me (at no cost) to use their machine which was really great! It's located on the shore of the bay which is giving you amazing sunsets.

Mosquitos even in January and some rain that can get inside the room (suite 12) I don't know how. The staff has been very reactive to dry with a towel, but the area should be fixed. It's nice to have a breakfast in a lovely basket dropped every morning in front of the room, but no savory food, only sweet (Muffin and apple) and the coffee offered or the one you make in the room, which is so convenient isn't very tasty.

How clean and quiet it was. We went to relax for the weekend and we were able to do just that. Kayaks and bikes are included so that’s a bonus as well as the outdoor seating and fire pit.

The mattress was ready to be replaced and just pure mushy It was so soft, it was difficult to get out of the bed. We had a terrible nights sleep. The shower pressure was like raindrops.

The Coconut Palm Inn was absolute paradise. A true hideaway for a quiet, peaceful vacation where all you need to do is breathe in the incredible atmosphere.

The room smelled of cold tobacco. All our clothes were impregnated with it. The bedding also smelled of tobacco...

Staff was very friendly and property was lovely!

Our room did not have a covered patio as most of the other room did. It rained all 3 days and we were stuck in the room and not able to enjoy sitting on our porch.
