It was in a good location, and being remodeled.
Where do I begin? The staff, except the girl who checked us in, seemed less than interested in being hospitable. The manager pushed to put us in a room that didn't have pillows, but she had already moved us to a different room. I was charged more than I was originally supposed to pay, and got less accomodations than I booked for. I was supposed to get two queens and a pull out sofa, but only got the two beds. Those were rock hard. The bathroom had a bunch of towels, but only one wash cloth. The ice machine down the hall was broke, and you could hear it beeping the entire time. It's also nasty like it's never been cleaned. The pool was closed, and that's fine, but that should've been made clear at check-in, and my card shouldn't have been able to access it. But I only got told, "If you would've asked, I would've told you." And the pool water was green and looked like a pond. It's not a deal breaker, but would've been nice to know ahead of time so I didn't take my kids down there. And the elevators were draped with moving blankets. I would not recommend even if you just want a good night's sleep, the ground outside would be more restful.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect location from my nephew’s house. Wonderful staff also happy and friendly. Definitely will stay here again.
One of the queen bed needs a new mattress. It was like sleeping on springs. The sofa sleeper did not have bedding.

Was called out of my room after check due to a technical problem between The Hampton and Booking.com . Due to the Hampton not receiving their payment from Booking the front desk agent made pulled me and my son out of my room four hours until they received a virtual card from booking.

Housekeeping does a good job cleaning and trying to make the best of it. The bed was nice. The mini omelet was hot and a good waffle. Location.
Hotel is in a steady decline. Maintenance is very lax. The handles on every faucet are loose. There are dings, scratches and pieces of fascia missing on furniture and frig. This place needs a MAJOR upgrade. Reception was very slow. Exaggerated check-in. The woman extended check-in and feigned annoyance, REALLY didn't want to do anything more than she had to! Bad attitude. Breakfast fixings ( bacon, potatoes) were cold. Some channels aren't HD as stated. Couldn't even read the names or scores of golfers on leader board! (CBS).

The first room we were given had never been cleaned by housekeeping it still had sheets and towels by the door. The 2nd room looks like somebody attempted to clean it but it still had feces in the toilet so I'm sure it was never properly cleaned.

front desk check in lady was Amazing . she had 101 task she was trying to juggle all at once and stayed patient and calm smile never left her face . forget her name but she was working 3-11 the night the I checked in .
