All great. Breakfast included. Very clean rooms. The hotel currently goes through renovations, so everything becomes an upgrade and we enjoyed our newly renovated room! The construction works did not impact our stay. Only through the day noise is possible.

Unfortunately, pool was not accessible due to renovations. It would have been great to know that in advance. Only single-use cutlery at breakfast. Trash is not being separated. Improvements to protect the environment can and should be made!

The price for the facility could have been cheaper. The pool was not available which was one of the reasons I booked it. I kinda wish I could have a partial refund due to the advertising of the available pool was false.

The hotel is just a few miles from the north entrance to Shenandoah National Park. It was convenient to everything and away from the downtown area. even though it is next to I-66, it is a quiet place to stay.

When I was there, they were doing renovations to the outside of the building. There was plastic over the windows, and the outside didn't look great. I'm sure this will be a temporary problem. Also, the pool was closed as part of the renovations. Again, this is temporary, but people interested in swimming may want to check if the pool has reopened.

Staffs are friendly. Room was cleaned and well organized.

AC couldn’t be adjusted to cool temperature, making the room quite uncomfortable.

It was very tired, especially the bathroom. The staff at the front were not very welcoming or chatty (I believe the manager) and I was surprised a bottle of beer was $7+ The breakfast was poor, most elements of toasters broken and 1st day the omelet’s were poor. The bagel was ok with peanut butter

The Breakfast meals were exceptionally delicious!!! And the staff that runs the Breakfast area were superb! Such a very and polite ladies, who were always asking me if everything was up to my standards, and if I needed anything else. The roons were very clean, and the beds were nice and firm, but very comfortable.

The pool was under construction, but the weather was not the greatness for taking a dip, so no worries there.

Hotel location was perfect for our daily plans.

The hotel over all is out dated and in need of a fresh facelift. Our room at check in had an "off" smell. We were apparently not the only ones that had that same issue. We overheard another couple at check out complaining of an odor in there room. All the furniture was showing signs of age and wear, all beat up and marks on all of it. The air conditioner was absolutely filthy inside the vent. The biggest let down was the pool was closed for renovations, they did offer a another alternative, which was an outdoor pool at another location, but do to the weather it was closed, which even made it worse. And traveling with 2 young children, having the pool not available on a rainy day was a huge let down. I feel that should have been communicated prior to our arrival.

WE were put in a room on the 1st floor. There was allot of noise until late in the evening due to youth groups there running down the hall and going to the indoor pool.

Staff was exceptionally nice! Everything was well kept. Breakfast was excellent.

air condition kept running all night for a couple of seconds every 10 min despite us turning it off completly! bathroom furniture needs to be replaced/remodeled water fountain in fitness center did not work/was shut off a better variety of fresh fruits would be nice plus more vegetarian/vegan friendly options
