pool needed to be cleaned. Found dirty sock in the room that didn't belong to us. YUK! Microwave was dirty both days I was there. It was obvious it didn't get wiped out. I would have cleaned it if there had been access to towels and cleaner.

The lady at counter was not helpful at all and was pretty rude . Refused to give us a receipt . Asked for a floor room , she refused saying they were completely booked but there was 10 cars overnight in entire parking lot . Leaving us ( myself and 78 year old mom to haul luggage up 20 stairs ) Room was dirty Advertised as hot buffet breakfast instead it was waffles

Breakfast was nice. Just a short drive to Allen Street which was great. We really enjoyed the later than normal check out time of noon. Perfect for our getaway.

This hotel was wonderful. When we arrived we were welcomed with tea/coffee and cookies. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool was open in the morning and the checkout time is until 12 so we could have a morning dip before leaving. The price was very cheap. Staff was friendly. Etc... Top hotel!

Great value and it was very clean. It was close to the attractions we were going to. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The fridge in our room was making a noise. We just unplugged it and told the desk person the next morning.

Breakfast was pretty basic, food ran out or wasn’t replaced often to keep up, especially on the weekends due to lots of people. This only happened once that I know of.

We had to get maintenance to replace a faulty shower head, we had to ask for towels twice during our stay and toilet paper once. House keeping somehow skipped our room.

Make your own waffle station was nice.

The bed seemed more full-size than queen and had quite a dip in the middle. Not a very good night's sleep.

The hotel is close to town but very quiet. It is one of the better hotels in the town. The beds were comfortable.

No elevator. We were told there is a city ordinance against having an elevator because they are unsafe. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were dried apple cores, fake fingernails, beads, and popcorn on the floor. It took forever to get hot water to the sink or shower. I assume their circulating pump is not running. The smoke detector had no lights on it so I assume it had been disconnected so someone could smoke in the room. I made two trips to the front desk to tell them of the issues and no one was around.

I am hearing impaired and travel with my Hearing Service Dog. From the moment I entered the lobby I felt a problem was coming. Although I know that legally if asked all I had to say was service dog and provided me with aid in hearing. Alert to sounds I can't hear and awareness of environment. I pulled out my International card just so clerk would clearly understand the services provide. Because of name of organization who provides Farley to meCannine Companions for Independance was on jacket as well as a hearing patch. She questioned that my jacket said companion. As we left to go to supper that evening with Farley she asked our room # as we passed through and said she needed to notate room as ADA. Just felt totally hassled. To top things off their was no safe location to allow Farley to relieve himself. Even on rock area Farley got spurs in feet.
