hosts were great and super nice. they were as accommodating as they could be
5 people were staying with us. we got the 2 queen beds with a pull out a sleeper sofa. they were aware 5 ppl were staying in one room....had to repeatedly ask for the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. only 2 towels for 5 ppl.... repeatedly has to ask for towels and washcloths. at 9 pm they finally told us they didn't have any more available because they wore fully booked. had to ask for hose keeping each day and in a 4 day stay we only got one refresh.

My family and I just love the cleanliness of the hotel and how staff were helpful, the food was good. They had everything the gym, the laundry room, everything was just fantastic. Place was hidden which i like that but close to everything in the city of roseville
I didn't like that they did not have a complementry breakfast and it would be nice if they had some entertainment like a live band and night time to entertain the guests., so that would be a plus for the hotel

I really liked how clean and neat everything was. Also really appreciated the gym at this hotel. It had more than enough equipment for me to get a great workout in. Also the water station just outside of the fitness center is phenomenal. But above else I was very happy with Angel’s service, the young lady at the front desk. She was attentive, informative, and kind. This shouldn’t matter, but she is also probably the prettiest woman in Roseville and her smile makes you feel right at home.

the facility did not have a indoor pool like it shows. Or any pool at all. it didn't have a restaurant like it said. it didn't have a microwave. or a blow dryer like it said it should not advertise that if it doesn't have that. And also no couch in the room. I was decided. Bad for business Sorry u guys failed !!!

When you entered the hotel there was a wonderful scent. The hosts were very congenial and helpful. The room was accommodating.
No complimentary eats 🫤 and when I went down to buy a coffee the cafe had already closed

I requested a late check out for noon. I was awaken at 9am and cleaning lady opened my door. I told her I have a late check out for noon. I was in the shower at 10:30. The same cleaning lady came knocking on my door. I paid a lot of money for such disturbances. I was not very happy.

The room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Requested early check-in and was able to be accommodated
There is too much freeway noise, no microwave in the room, and found black hair in my bedsheets the first night (I have pink colored hair, so if it wasn't mine) air conditioner fan was extremely loud.

The cost/availability of breakfast and "starbucks" coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was okay but not worth the money.

After looking at the pricing for the breakfast I decided I would go elsewhere for my breakfast.
The coffee pot in the room had 1 serving of either decaffeinated or regular. I won’t be back.

The hotel location is great, there are some many amenities to visit, also there is a shared pool, gym access 24 hours.
The breakfast wasn't included, I purchased a breakfast but was not good at all. Due to facet leak in the room wasn't able to sleep all night.

No room service when told so, open internet not password protected, 12 bucks for parking in an outdoor half empty parking (first hotel of 5 previous stays that charged), 2 coffee packs for 3 days.
