need more towels at pool

Stayed at a number of hotels from different chains on the way down to Florida and back, and this was the best complementary breakfast we had on this trip.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Nice people, cleaned our room during our stay.

Carpets were stained.

Very large room with large refrigerator, microwave, plenty of seating and counter space.

There was one large burned spot on the carpet. It was about the size of a plate.

Bed was comfy and everything smelled clean- including sheets/ blankets.

The pool room was extremely warm. I’m 8 mos pregnant so it was hard to breathe in the room watching the kids.

The breakfast was great. Also the breakfast attendent Lesie was very friendly.

Everything was great. I have no complaints. Clean, quiet and the staff was friendly.

they were friendly and had what we needed

we went back to our room and was locked out for awhile late at night. having to deal with that and children wasn’t what we wanted to do and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong

What I liked about this stay was the size of the room. was a very large room to move about in, had a full size fridge which was awesome. the kids loved the heated indoor pool. and the breakfast was pretty decent, they had make your own pancakes and alternated bacon and sausage. had a good assortment of choices.

They didn’t clean the rooms, even after repeated attempts at asking. trash needed to be changed, no fresh towels , beds needed to be made and floors needed to be vacuumed. had to call down for towels and trash bags to clean my own room.

Breakfast was very ordinary.

1. We spent 5 nights. The first ominous sign was a strange debit of $200 to my card on the morning of our check in date. I did not cancel my booking and they still went ahead to charge the full amount of $1,052.25 to the card used for the payment. Upon enquiry from the manager, he confirmed that the hotel debited the charge but could not give a satisfactory reason why. He thereafter claimed to reverse it but I have not been credited back till today, 8/29/2022. 2. For 3 nights my husband and I could not get any sleep. The families above our room had children stomping and running up and down and making very loud noises. We complained the second morning of our stay but the noise got worse. On the 4th night we had to call the front desk officer to come and listen to the noises. We only got a reprieve on the last night, presumably after the family checked out. 3. Common places like the hallway were left unclean for days with crumbs and all kinds of dirt on the carpet. The hallway was eventually cleaned once during our stay. Furthermore when we requested for our room to be cleaned once during our stay, the beds were made but the floor was not vacuumed. The hotel had informed us that cleaning would be done upon request and not frequently as previously practiced. 4. Bathroom bath tub was not draining properly and you had to stand in the waste water till you finished taking a shower. 5. We have stayed in this hotel before and we loved it. That’s why we went back, but it seems that their standard has deteriorated significantly. We shall not be staying here in the future. We do not recommend this hotel currently.
