beds were clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly.
pool was not available for 3 days, remodel is needed for rooms, halls and lobby chairs!!!!! Drawers in room would not stay closed, couldn't lean back in the desk chair. Room doors need to be more secure

We purchase three snacks when we checked in. Cost $9.00. When we went to eat them they were stale. Checked expiration date and it was that day.

Loved that the location was easy to get to from interstate.
We could hear the traffic during the night. The white noise machine did help though.

Bath room was did not give a clean appearance nor did it feel clean. Shoes stuck to bathroom floor, and drain cover in shower was apart. Entire hotel needs renovation. Found a long hair on the bottom sheet.

The manager and staff were super friendly,very clean facility,great location,easy access to everything in Lebanon. There was an issue with the water heater and the manager politely refunded me all of my money plus offered to help me find other lodging if needed. Super polite !!
The interstate is super close and my room was on the interstate side. It was nice because there was already a white noise generator in my room plus I'm used to road noise. If you prefer a quieter room definitely request away from the elevator plus a room on the non-interstate side.

Breakfast was fine, we wanted to be close to the interstate so location was great. Sometimes close to the interstate is not so great but I was very pleased with my stay.

All Staff was extremely responsive and helpful
Bathroom water was either scalding or freezing nothing in between. TV remote was broken. Towels were missing from the room.

Location was to close to the highway and heard the semi trucks go by all night. Did not get a lot of sleep.

Great. We had stayed at other hotels on our trip, one being a Hampton,. This was only hotel that had oatmeal. The others had instant packets to be mixed with hot water, I love Hamptons oatmeal.

The breakfast was great! It's nice to have the hot breakfast and still have it sanitary under covid times. Several places stopped the hot breakfast so this was great.
Since it is right beside the interstate (which we did want close to for easy on and off), it has the traffic noise. An airport is close also but seems as if I didn't hear much of that after dark. There is a noise maker in the room to help but I sleep with ear plugs so the noise did not bother me (a little different for my husband though).

Rooms were not clean. Floors were greasy and slick. AC did not work in room. Staff was not friendly.
