The location and the hotel booking was great! As for the room it was lovely.
The bedroom part was good. The bathroom wasn’t. I used to work cleaning houses and businesses. The bathroom floor was so nasty I had to clean it to keep from slipping down. Which after I cleaned, it was not as bad. I saw indications of non cleaning on floor, shower was dirty. It’s obvious that whomever cleans, is rushing through.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room had unfinished ceiling repairs that looked really bad. For the cost of the room, I expected it to be nice and not look like it was under construction or repairs. The bed was really uncomfortable and the sheets did not fit. The sheets were stained even though they smelled clean. The peeling cracks and drywall were unacceptable. Really disappointing

Nice big room with spa was nice, was able to relax quietly. Staff was nice and helpful. Clean room.

Didn't have a big selection of everything that was supposed to be out and some things they did not have out or restock very little choices fruit was very mushy and mealy almost rotten
Check in time the girl lied to me the room the floor was damp like it was been shampooed and wasn't dry the whole room was that way the air was not to fix right either if you turn it down to cool off it got freezing too cold or if you adjusted it down then it got too hot have always had good experiences with the Hampton Inn but this is probably one of my worst experiences with them I probably will not stay with them again

Ok so I live in long view Washington not Texas I made a simple mistake by booking a room with you guys. I thought it was long view Washington. I need my money back. 400;dollars is a lot to just let you guys take it

Ii was in a good location. The staff were all very nice.
The pool was out of order and the coffee was not hot so we had to microwave our cups.

Gum left on side of whirlpool, a "decent amount" of hair was in the whirlpool when starting it up for preparation and only about two jets really worked well in that hot tub...

I liked the location of the handicap area parking lot. It was very convenient for my vision impaired spouse, close to the front doors.

I was charged and extra $11 for what I don't know never got a receipt for it..... I was billed 119 for the room as promised by booking.com but also $11.96 by the Hotel..... not good business. Also pillows were super small, like for a toddler bed.

Our refrigerator did not work! It was actually leaking. Our air conditioner barely worked as well. More importantly, since our refrigerator did not work we had to use ice to keep our baby milk cool… since our ice machine was also broken on our floor we had to go to a different floor just to get ice!

The room
The noise that I heard when I returned from my uncle's memorial service. It was as if there was a party of some sort. The clerk on duty when I arrived and checked out was not personable
