Pillows are too old, and so are jacuzzi faucets. The fridge had no freezer, and we definitely needed it. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great except what happened in next box.....
I paid for 1 room for 2 nights stay (room 218) and 1 room for a one night stay (room 216)through booking.com. Stay was 8/11 and 8/12. My credit card was charged twice for room 216 for the one night stay and there is still a $50 pending charge for the room. I called the number on the email I received asking about my stay and it was someone's personal phone number thaatbwent directly to voicemail. One payment went through booking.com on 8/11 and then Hampton Inns charged the same card on 8/12. I told the receptionist they were all paid, but I was double charged anyways. Very bad end to an otherwise great stay. First and last time staying with this hotel chain. I still don't know how to get the double charge fixed. Not Happy.

It was clean, everything was up to date, the staff at the desk was really nice and informative. She also signed me up to become a member and I thank her for that. I have been apart of Red Roof Inns for years and I must say that the Hampton Inn just gained a new member. The tv in the room even had my name on it and my husband was in love with the comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and we left really happy.

Hampton in uses the cheapest toilet seats ever. They are flimsy and slide. There was only 2 towels in a room for 4 people and the new duvet covers are like sandpaper

the hotel was in a good location and newly renovated
our room was in the first floor near the staff lounge, the room smelled horrible, and there was noise all night long doors slamming shut in the hall right outside of our room.
