The location was great.

Our first room smelled like smoke really bad. We asked if they could change our room and they did it with no problem.

Location was good, facility was very neat and tidy on outside and inside

No fan in bathroom

The bed was comfortable, and they give you lots of pillows, which are also comfortable.

Only 2 tissues in the box. No easy chair as there was in a friends identical room. Directions to lounge, restaurant, etc. are not good. You'll go to the end of a hallway & see a sign that points direction to lounge, but once you get to the end of THAT hallway, it just has a sign that tells you what direction to go for sleeping rooms. I got lost more than once, and it is a LONG walk to get from the outer rooms(where we were) to anyplace else. Also, it seems rooms for handicapped are all located as far away from the front deck, lounge, etc. as possible. I guess fully abled people get the "good rooms".

The rooms was clean and lovely. The staff was very kind. My only complaint was that I ordered the expensive Prime Rib dinner and the vegetables were tepid. Also, the breakfast next morning was beautiful BUT tepid. I had to take my plate to the front desk to get it microwaved. Otherwise, it was great and I WOULD stay here again.

Food was not hot

I mean the pool area was very nice and the breakfast was decent compared to other hotels and was close to restaurants.

I booked it as a double room only to drive 3 hrs and with 3 kids only to be told it wasn't a double room.

Room was nice. We asked for a specific location and they accommodated us perfectly. Room was clean and perfect for what we needed. They were very strict about quiet time in the atrium which made it easier to get some rest.

Went to eat breakfast and everything was already cleaned up at 9:00. Had to go buy food elsewhere after planning and paying to eat at the hotel.

The pool was excellent. Kids loved it. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The rooms were smaller, but that is what to expect with a older hotel.
