Noisy HVAC unit under the window, furniture worn and dirty, needs replacement. Parking area unlandscaped, adjacent to a field of weeds, cinderblocks and cigarette butts everywhere. Breakfast below average--for the volume, needs two (at least) waffle machines. Cold coffee, stale pastries.

Overall, not nearly what we would expect for the price we paid, and the description of the room as a "King Suite", which was really a small room with a dirty and worn loveseat.

The accommodation was fine, it was just WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what it was. It was a busy baseball weekend and hard to find a room while traveling. These rooms were older, but kinda fixed up to look new. They had the older hotel smell. The room was clean, but still not new enough to want to walk on the carpet. Breakfast was fine. The eggs were good, but not a ton of options. Again, it was ok, just not worth $225.

Ridiculous price for how old and outdated it is. Musty, old smell to it, and very loud hallways.

The area was close to business

The fact that they don't ask if you would prefer top or ground floor rooms. Especially did not like being on the far end of the hallway. No extra kleenex left had to use what was left from others. Next time I will be more diligent and book elsewhere.
