Been up front about pet deposit. I have never spent $100 on a non refundable deposit! I would not have stayed at this location had that information had been posted. $20 pet deposit is ok $100 is NOT ok!

the staff was very nice and accommodating

the rooms were extremely dirty and there was stuff left over from the previous guests. there was pee still on the back of the toilet seat and the floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed

Staff was extremely helpful upon checkin. Even helped us find a pizza place to get supper.

Pool could have been open. It wasn’t stated anywhere that it was closed when I booked. Would have chosen to go somewhere else had we known the pool was closed.

Breakfast was TERRIBLE! sausage Biscuits that were dried and cold, bean burritos, cold cereal. No bread for toast.

Fix the pool or let pll know in advance.

The bed is super comfortable and it was quiet.

I travel a lot with my very well trained competition dogs. I made the mistake of not asking the pet rate when I booked. When I checked in I had to pay $150.00 extra for one nights stay due to my dogs. I had crates and I did not leave the room and I told them this at check in. I wanted to leave but of course I was refused a refund so I ended up paying $311.09 for one nights stay. Also I could not get coffee in the morning. they only had decaffeinated out. I will not stay in this chain again after getting gouged like I did.

Property is under renovation. Our room had a broken toilet that my husband repaired, moldy shower curtain, and poor air conditioning unit. The hotel had dust from renovation. The lady that checked us in was helpful but the morning clerk did not even take notes about the things that were not working in our room. Terrible experience.
