Room was not clean at all! Sticky floors. Toilet not clean. Disgusting!!

upon opening our door When we checked in I had to take out the trash from last customer and then the floor looked like hadn’t been swept in weeks. I had to go get broom and dustpan from housekeeping. I then swept the floor and went to get ice water and the ice machine in refrigerator didn’t work.

It was clean and comfortable. We were only there for a few hours to sleep. Didn’t have a chance to use anything.

The bathroom wasn't clean, the first room we were given the door was open (deadbolt stuck out) tv was on, 1 bed made up and someone's shoes were in there

It was conveniently located off the highway we were traveling. The outside landscape was nice and clean. The water pressure in the shower was good and the shower was nice and hot. They had a miniature bar of Dove soap for handwashing, which I liked.

Where do I start? I DID NOT receive the room I booked. I asked for a king room, instead we got a room with 2 double beds that had dirty walls and dirty floors. The carpet, curtains & lampshade were stained. There was food left on the stove top and in the sink. The dishes were left in the dishwasher so we didn't know if they were clean or dirty and we chose not to find out. The coffee maker needed to be thrown away and replaced because it was beyond cleaning. There were several items within the room that were dust filled, the refrigerator, the bathroom tissue holder to name just two. It appeared the room had not been thoroughly cleaned since Covid hit. For the price we paid/they charge and to be a part of Holiday Inn they should do better. The pictures on the site are deceiving. At least for the room we were in (119) the room DID NOT line up with the pictures. The maid showed up before 9:00 knocking on our door to clean a room we were checking out of within a couple of hours. They need to be retrained on proper cleaning, especially since we are still dealing with Covid. The inadequate state of cleanliness was unbearable that I hardly slept!
