This property is disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, greasy dark hand prints on the shower walls, toothpaste in the sink and on the counter, water stains on the ceiling over the beds, top blanket and bed skirts had stains and goo on them!

Roaches was crawling on me on my sleep and the toilets barely flushed. The hallways smelled completely of weed.

Comfortable bed. Hot water. TV. Friendly staff. Location. Juice, fruit, and bagels.

Moved to another room. Cigarette smoke came through the bathroom vents on both the first and second floor. No bathroom exhaust therefore high humidity. Black Mold in room 104's bathroom. I cleaned up half of it. My wife and I got bit several times by some type of bug(s). Bathrooms need repairs when it comes to stoppers and corner tile work. No cheaper to go through the Booking.com than the hotel. Previously used conditioner was offered as a guest gift. Other items had no safety seal so I don't know if they were new or not. Breakfast was okay except for the processed flat fried eggs. The waffle iron needed seasoning. Waffles stuck to the iron and had to be discarded. Not like another Quality Inn I have stayed in.

The rooms was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom over the light, the wall was half done. The hallway smelled like smoke.

my inside stay was terrible my next door guest had me and my kids up all night with loud noise up to 2 in the morning I kept complaining down stairs to staff and nothing was done about it we was restless couldn’t sleep

Housekeeping was amazing. They checked in on us every single day. We were able to discard trash, and we always had fresh clean towels.

The breakfast wasn't very good.

We looked at the breakfast but didn’t eat anything. Others were eating. We just didn’t see anything we wanted.

The room needs some cosmetic work and the carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced.

The room was clean except for the mole on the ceiling in the bathroom. I took pictures. the evening check in person was rude. they had no coffee made when I went in @ 7am. the mile is my biggest worry, because I didn’t see it till the morning. on a good note the bed was comfortable the room temp was great. this is the first comfort Inn I was disappointed in.
