The room had a full kitchen. It felt like a home. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was a satisfying meal.

Really nice hotel. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was like a cloud and the room was spacious. It was within walking distance to events downtown. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a studio room and really liked that. The room itself was very nice.
I got there Friday afternoon and stayed until Sunday morning. Maid service never came to my room on Saturday. Also, when I checked in I was informed, on top of a $150/night room, I was going to be charged a $3 parking fee? But I was never given any sort of parking permit or sticker, so I'm not sure what the fee was for and what was preventing people from parking there that were not charged this fee. Just seemed weird to be charging a fee that they obviously were not enforcing.

Never ate breakfast/ location too close to homeless people & Salvation Army/ loud noises coming from upstairs rooms when shower on- very loud & annoying and woke us up every day. Charged me for WiFi, although I am a no boy member - won’t be back

The breakfast was fine; nothing out of the ordinary but served it's purpose. The workout amenities were limited but sufficient. The grounds were in excellent condition and the room was fantastic. Oversized, comfortable, and clean. All staff was friendly, but should learn a little more about the immediate surroundings.
Outside of the hotel's control, but the nearby road construction was inconvenient. Otherwise, all was great.

I think the mattress in the pull out couch was broken because it had an incline to it. Also, maybe clean the hallway carpets, they are obviously dirty. Other than that, overall stay was great and staff was friendly and accommodating

We all had fun and it was worth the trip.
We didn’t even want to leave. Money well spent 😉

The room was clean customer service is great and I enjoyed my time. I will definitely come back and I might be able to stay a little bit longer.
