Clean, comfortable and good location.

Wasn't advised that there would be overnight cleaning to the exterior. Noise and bright work lights use interrupted my sleep, although my mother sleep well. If advised I would have ask for room on the side of the hotel that wasn't being worked on.

Close to the University of West Georgia

Pool had algae, handicap pool entry broken, mold in ice bucket, didn’t clean room between nights, sheets sat in hallway overnight from another room, didn’t refill breakfast after 9 on weekend so limited options, could see where things were “fixed” but not well, all electronics were unplugged when we got there so we had to plug in, elevators are sketchy, one of the front desk guys was snappy when asked for towels, bathroom door kept sticking and was hard to get out of the door was shut all the way, very low countertops in bathroom, room was cleanish but could still see dirt in corners where it wasn’t dee cleaned in years.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special. the location was not easy to find and the waffle maker was in a bad spot.

the bathroom was very small, not much space on the sink to add your items (such as toothpaste, mouth wash) and the toilet paper dispenser is in a very bad location, across the room by the shower. One has to reach to actually get to it, short people beware, I am tall and my long arms saved me.

Very warm and very nice and very comfortable!

Location was great with a grocery near by. Beds were good.

Room was humid, need some sort of dehumidification. Pool had an unsatisfactory rating with the county health department in May (this was published in the free newspaper in the lobby). I wasn’t there for the pool so no big deal. There was a guy out back feeding about 10 stray cats, but when he left the cats also left so not a huge deal.

Best customer service I have had in forever!!! We will be back!!!
