Bed was comfortable and room was clean

Paid for King and got double queen room. Had trouble with the TV. the ceiling looked like it had leaked at one time, and the bathroom door needed work. Bathroom light kept flickering No eggs at breakfast and little choices.

nice location not far from airport for early morning flight.

upon checking in and multiple times that we walked by the front desk no one was there. all there was was a sign to press “0” for assistance. staff was wearing a high school post prom shirt upon arriavle but had changed. also while checking in our room number was said out loud so all people around could hear what room we would be in. that is not something that should be shared with the public a simple point to the room number on the key card works

The cleanliness was abhorrent. They did not clean the room daily even after it was requested. Was charged for wi-fi without knowing I was being charged.

TV channel selections were terrible. No network channels available. The vent fan in the bathroom was incredibly loud and was connected to the light so it was always on. Deafening.
