The hotel was clean the parking lot was a mess because of the snow ice storm. The beds were absolutely comfortable I will be staying there again. I love that the hotel has a banquet area which we used for business and then we ate at the little restaurant which had excellent food.

I'm so disappointed in this hotel.

This hotel we booked included breakfast, but we got the coupons. The coupon only included two adults and one kid under 11 years old, that means NO BREAKFAST FOR TEENGERS. This is not about 20 dollars, the stuff is so rude. When I was talking to them, I felt like they were going to hit me.

An old dirty Mercedes car was parked in the entrance way to the hotel and had been there for weeks as I know probably much longer was told it belong to the owner and that's where he parked it didn't know that breakfast was not included when we booked the room we were not offered a Wi-Fi password we had to ask for a microwave there was no ironing board but there was a iron

No chair to sit in? Never seen that before and there was plenty of room. No overhead lighting

Rooms were clean

Everything was broke. We booked for the pool, down for maintenance. Got stuck in the elevator that only goes from floor one to five over and over, no signs until later at night. Remote batteries were removed. Took an hour and a half for the restaurant to make a French dip and a BLT even though we were the only people eating. No bathtub, just a shower. Left without staying the night. on the way out I hit the exit door button to get all my luggage out and it was broken too.

When I booked I expected breakfast. The add didn’t state that breakfast had to be purchased separately! Also, there was no barrier between rooms with connecting doors. I could hear every word and noises my neighbors uttered!
