Location was great.

I was told at check in that room service was available however when I called they would not answer the phone and I tried several times. The restaurant was Not busy at all.

Lack of electric receptacles. No hair dryer in room and staff did NOT make an attempt to find one. Staff said not every room had a hair dryer because there was a shortage. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Old run down Hotel. Room smells like a trash can. It’s more like a bad Motel!

The location was perfect. The facility was nice. The bartender was very nice as well as the breakfast server. The bed was very comfortable!

Omg, the toilet. Why was it so close to the floor. I have NEVER seen a toilet so short. Kindly install normal size toilets that don't require the user to perform a full squat just to use the bathroom. If you can't install taller toilets, kindly place a rail on the wall to provide assistance for sitting on the toilet.

The front desk associate Diane/Diana at check in was very sweet as well as the bartender who worked 05/05 that night was nice and attentive.

very convenient location to where we needed to be and close to restaurants and shopping. However, I feel that $150 for an outside room is very steep. The traffic noise(mainly motorcycles) kept us up most of the night. Room and doors outdated, our front door was hard to open, stuck all the time. My bathroom lights flickered during my 6am shower, blackout a few times, wires need to be checked.
