We came for a sleepover for my daughter's birthday. We came to Hilton because they had a hot tub. The hot tub was ice cold. Complained at the front desk. Was told it was working. I assured the receptionist that it was as cold as the pool. Nothing was done. The next day an out of order sign was infront of the hot tub. Very disappointing.

Did not have breakfast, needed to meet people early.

I booked two rooms for a birthday sleepover for my daughter. All she wanted was a hot tub. I called a week prior to check in to ask if the hot tub was open. I was told yes. Then at check in I asked again if the hot tub was working. I was told yes. The girls all got changed and were all excited then realized the hot tub was ice cold and out of order. I paid almost $350 for two rooms and if we would have known it was broke we would have definitely booked else where. I get things break but I asked twice prior to check in because that was the only thing she wanted was to get in a hot tub on her birthday. The whole reason we stayed in a hotel to begin with. Very disappointing.

Place looked lovely at first glance.

Then we noticed trash in public areas was overflowing, the hot tub was colder than the pool, they dirty pool towels were in a stack, no new clean pool towels, our room fridge had other people’s food and they were grossly understaffed at the in-house restaurant. when we approached management we were given excuses. So, we provided possible resolutions to the identified issues. will NOT stay there again!

I didn’t like where they decide to take out $25.00 for meals… when you tell them you won’t be eating from the finning room. No one should demand something that you don’t desire. That’s controlling and a turn off. Doesn’t make any since.

the worst part of my stay were the pillows! Had a horrible night rest cause pillows were cheap. my neck was killing me and I thought a nice hotel would have decent pillows.
