The rooms were very spacious so we could move about easily. We were right next to the elevator but the sound thankfully did not bother us.
The room was not very well lit, so at night it felt a little dark inside.

Spacious room with all necessary kitchen utensils. Great breakfast!perfect for me and family with small children.

Clean and comfortable, large room
Was asked to pay for parking. That was not acceptable. They waive it.
Spray used to disenfect was over powering in the hallways. I asume this was for covid, but it was almost sickening.

The location was ok.
The room was still being cleaned when I checked in and they didn't finish cleaning. I asked for a bucket for ice and I was giving a gift bag. I went to get breakfast and took my food to my room. Came back to get nice and I was told no and to come back tomorrow. The drawers in my room wouldn't close and the refrigerator was making loud noise all night on and off. The TV cut off when you turned it to watch while I was in bed. Not a good stay at all.

The location and proximity to 395 and 495 were great. My room was clean.
When I checked in, they didn’t tell me which wing of the building my room was on so I carried my heavy bags all over the wrong locations until I found my room myself. The hallways had an overpowering and strange odor during my whole stay. My shower items like body wash weren’t stocked and wasn’t replaced when I asked. When I asked a second time I was told to go to the back storage room and find a half used bottle myself, not professional at all.

The breakfast was great and it was clean.
They were doing updates everywhere at the same time and nothing was complete. Things in the room were damaged. The ice machine was out of service. Our room smelled like cigarettes when we arrived.

Breakfast was exceptional and what changed my rating of this location.
Lack of staff being available at the front desk and asking for more towels and wash cloth including extra linens. No loading zone and poor parking structure.

They had very soft beds.
Okay the lady forgot to give me parking pass to my car …. So that situation almost got my car towed …. The room was nasty I had to change rooms and then the tv was broken….. they didn’t have anyone fix until next day….Also, let’s not forget the whole hotel smell like marijuana. I will not be staying there again ……

Several cars had wheels and lug nuts stolen. You have to pay to park, but there is minimal security for your car.
I called when I realized I would not arrive for the first night, but wanted to. keep the other nights. I knew I had to pay for the missed night, but didn’t want to cancel the reservation. The person I spoke to indicated that she was at the desk and understood exactly what I wanted. When I arrived the next night, there was no one at the desk (about 9:30 pm) and guests were looking for the desk attendant. After about 30 minutes someone showed up, a replacement called in from home. My reservation had been cancelled, but the replacement found us a room and gave us an accommodation for our trouble. A very nice lady.
