Breakfast was great! Lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in my room needed sweeping when I came in. It wasn't terrible; but I noticed a few hairs--that were not mine.

Breakfast was great, with several hot choices like eggs and waffles. The bed was comfortable and towels a good quality. Wifi worked well, and an elevator for second floor dwellers. Highly recommended for the price.

In the room we were given, the tv didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and most importantly the safety latch above the door didn’t work. For the last reason, we called and asked if they had a different room available because we did not feel safe. After 30 minutes of waiting at 10:30 at night they finally told us we would be moving. We moved and had a safe rest of the night. Come 8:30 the next morning, we could here music blasting from the maids cart, while people were still trying to sleep. Then for the next two and a half hours they knocked on our door every twenty minutes asking if we wanted maid service. every time we declined. Check out was 11:00, and while we were getting ready to leave our room at 10:50 a woman from the front desk knocked on our door and asked if we were checking out at 11:00. We in fact were, and I don’t know what the purpose of her bothering us to ask was. If it were 11:05 and we hadn’t checked out, sure, ask I guess, or just charge extra. The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I have stayed in a number of hotels and I would never recommend staying here. You will not have a peaceful stay.

Great location. Easy access. Clean and comfortable beds. Even the drinks and snacks were reasonably priced. Great price too.

bathrooms need to be updated with taller toilets, I am handicapped and it’s very hard to sit on your toilets, I don’t like to request a handicapped room, because I am just slightly disabled

Walls were dirty. Bathroom was dirty and the door in bathroom had vulgar language on it. Also no remote control for the TV.

Excellent staff. Took care of any and all issues promptly. Great location and very clean. Breakfast was also good. I have never seen so many workers in a hotel going full throttle to get things perfect.

Entire place smelled of cigarettes. There were people doing drugs in the hallways and sirens all night long. Maid service came daily even though do not disturb was requested.
