it smelled like bad body odor that would not go away! hallways and rooms, our room was stocked with two towels only for three people. the coffeemaker was broken and it was super noisy with two rooms next to us having their dog barking and a after hours wedding party happening after a wedding, the coffee bar doesn’t open until after 8 so if you are a early bird you have to go to Starbucks or McDonald’s. For the cost of this hotel with no breakfast included I would have to say save your buck and stay elsewhere

The fitted sheet on the bed had a Tear in it at bottom of bed.The Shower had black&pink mold In the top corners of the shower and ceiling around the light in the bathroom. That is a health hazzard.

Dog friendly, close to food, good for a family.

For the price everything was fine.

cleanliness, pleasant staff, nice room, very accommodating, my chihuahua loved the pet bed and slept all night.

There was no breakfast or room service. When asked for amenities, I had to go to the front desk to collect them. The room was not cleaned unless requested. I kept getting locked out of my room. The shower was not clean. The gym did not have wipes or sanitizer, ran out of cups for water, old torn yoga mats. Had to pay for daily parking. Overall, one of the worse experiences.

The staff was nice. The location was good and had plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Having a refrigerator in the room is always a plus.

Age and condition of the room. Lack of room service and maid service. No extra towels in the room and a little piece of paper stating I had to call the desk to get extras or my bed made.

the shower was dirty & the sink. it didn’t look like they cleaned the room I found a spider on the curtains and beds were not comfortable at all. The pool wasn’t heated like they said at the front & the fire pit wasn’t working.

The fire pit was broken, the pool was not heated, the water pressure was not good, the shower water fluctuated between hot and cold, bed was not comfortable.

Good clean facility. Good value. Good location.

The entire property is very well maintained & clean. Love that they accommodate pets. Lots of parking, although they charge $10 per night. That is probably the one downside. The location is fantastic! Walkable to great eateries, coffee shop. And a close drive to the Camarillo outlets. This was my second stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend

It's a very quiet hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. You have quite a few restaurants, etc. within walking distance. It's very convenient. They do offer food for breakfast and dinner, and it would be nice if you were aware of what they offered. Usually, they have something in the room, giving the menu and times.

Inclusive breakfast would have made this stay more comfortable
