Cost for any hotel today.

Hotel was well updated. A spacious area for eating and an outside seating area. The suite with a separate door for the bedroom was nice for separating kids.

The bathroom was small and the orientation of the door etc made it difficult to maneuver.

Close to many things and where I needed to go. Staff was accommodating and friendly!

We liked the breakfast because it wasn't just grab & go options like we have seen at some other hotels during the pandemic. My son liked the automatic pancake machine. I was happy to see all of the hot food options.

No complaints.

We have been to many hotels during our baseball travels and this hotel by far had best mattresses we have slept on. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

It was easily accessible from the town. The room was really clean. I brought Lysol wipes to sanitize myself, but when I did the wipes were clean. So that tells me that the housekeeping keeps things very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. I asked for extra towels and coffee pods, they were very generous. I highly recommend staying at the Norfolk Holiday Inn Express.

we have visited family in norfolk for years and always have to stay in a hotel - this is by far our best experience.

for a hotel stay i can't think of something bad - with all the covid guidelines i think they did great - we were so thankful to get to use the pool and work out facility
