The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, but still couldn't figure out a toilet that wouldn't flush.

Cereal and juice. Often the office (where the breakfast was located) was locked up in the morning. The motel was located out in the boonies. The toilet was plugged 90% of the time. The WiFi didn't work.

The breakfast was a bowl of cereal and a coffee. Very basic. There were also wrapped honey buns.

The toilet and the WiFi didn't work. With a lot of jimmying and plunging I could get the toilet to eventually flush. I never did get the WiFi to work. I ended up getting a hotspot from my cell provider.

Check in was quick and pleasant. I was asked to confirm the status of my service animal so make sure you bring your paperwork. I asked about restaurants in the area and was given multiple recommendations, so that was helpful. The TV worked as expected and had a variety of channels.

The hotel could benefit from some cosmetic upkeep and general re-investment and updates. The bathroom did have mildew and mold on the ceiling and along the caulk seams. The refrigerator and carpet have to be older than I am and have probably served their time. You can hear your neighbors, sounds travel through the window A/C unit, and the train will wake you up.

This hotel is in an immediate need of an upgrade. Heater was very loud. Room smelled musty

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My fiancé and I checked into the hotel but didn’t go into our room immediately. When we did enter the room we were totally shocked on by how any of the staff could’ve thought our room was in decent enough shape to rent out to customers. You could see daylight all the way around our outside door the room had an awful stench. There were all kinds of dead bugs on the floor and on top of that blanket. When my fiancée pulled back the blanket we discovered several stains in the sheets and several more dead bugs. The staff should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and learn to take a little pride into their work. I was only able to get half of my $60 back. I will never be spending another one of my hard earned American dollars at another DAYS INN again in my life. They have lost my business for life. I have told this story to all my family and friends and they won’t be spending any money at this establishment either.

When we checked in were told pool area was closed desk clerk said booking.com should have told us room was dated and musty first day tv was out later wifi went out staff had me call tech next day had wifi than in afternoon wifi went out again and never came back on checked out two days early would never book with you or stay at days inn red wing.
