We booked 4 rooms in November 2022 for a concert and when we got there the hotel didn't have our reservation and we had the confirmation number and still the hotel couldn't find us so we called bookings and basically got told to bad we will not help you find another one or give us a discount nothing all they did was im glad gave us a refund we have yet to receive

Well, apparently the person who pays for the room has to be 21. Which they denied us when we came to check in, since the person who payed for the room was under 21 in our group when they had a legal adult with them. The attendant didn’t give a proper reason why we couldn’t stay other than that the person who pays has to be 21. Which doesn’t make sense because let’s say you and your parents were going on a vacation stay. And you were about to pay for your parents and your room and your under 21 but you put the reservation name under your parents name, they would not accept you because this is exactly what happen to us.

Was very roomy, friendly staff.

Air conditioner leaked all over the carpet and light bulb was out in the bathroom, making it very dim to see. Breakfast could have been extended to accommodate check out time

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good, and the pool was very clean.

It was hard to find this hotel because of the road construction.

The updated room was beautiful. So happy that there was no carpet.

The bathroom was a bit small, but it was fine since I was by myself.

I didn’t Eat at you’re establishment and I wasn’t there long enough to make any positive comments.

It’s a great place to stay for a short go around.

Free breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Had a nice sitting area in the room.

We were on the 2nd floor which was no big deal but we were on the back side. No balcony. No hot tub was VERY disappointed! Also could not take any beverage into pool room. Lastly road construction (while not their fault) should have been notified that the road we needed to use was not available..
