Well maintained with many amenities. Unsurpassed customer service and excellent daily breakfast with omelette station and much more ! We arrived on 9/12/24 and were upgraded to a king lake view room. Nice pool with complimentary towels. Speaking of the complimentary towels they also provide complimentary beach chairs and umbrella plus an hourly shuttle to the beach only 1 mile away. There is also a Publix and CVS behind the property and the fantastic Mercato diagonally across US41. Location in North Naples is convenient to beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment. I highly recommend this boutique hotel !

Todas las instalaciones superan todas mis expectativas. desayuno muy variado cuenta con servicios extras sin costo grato ambiente musica suave en vivo. Piscina exelente en una excelente ubicación en su entorno junto a una gran laguna. La habitación grande comoda muy bien decorada cuenta con living linda vista a la laguna insuperable, la limpieza es insuperable.

The breakfast is excellent and the transportation to the beach was great !! The beach is the best !!!! Bell man Krenar is an excellent person and enjoy our stay with his jokes and smiles !!!!!

Nettes Personal ,erhielten auf Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer da das uns zugewiesene für den Preis nicht schön war. Schöner Pool,tolles Frühstück.Der Fitnessraum war auch toll. Zur Erkundung kann man Fahrräder bekommen-das war super.

L hôtel très bien, personnel sympathique et accueillant, le petit-déjeuner est très varie et permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur.

L emplacement un peu éloigné de la plage (mais on le savait) et des vélos sont à disposition.

Nous n avons pas eu la chambre réservée sur booking.com mais l équipé nous a trouvé une solution.

Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Leider Kaffee nur aus Thermokanne, kein Cappuccino oder Espresso. Getränke nur in Plastikbecher🙁 keine Wurst und Käseauswahl. Viel Süßes.

Gostei de tudo. Tipo de hotel que gosto. Mais intimista, funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Jeff, do bar, o melhor! Prestativo ao extremo, educadíssimo, atencioso. Tipo de pessoa que faz sua estadia ficar na memória.

Havia um pequeno barulho no primeiro quarto que ficamos que me incomodou, pois tenho sono leve. Conversei e nos mudaram prontamente de quarto.

My room was upgraded at check in without me asking. The room was beautiful king room with balcony overlooking the pool/garden/lake. A full breakfast was included. Fruits, pastries, made to order omelets.etc... The hotel had a shuttle to local beach and shopping, Free bikes where available too. The staff was great.

There was nothing I would improve or change. I have traveled and staying in many hotels. This is one of the nicest and would highly recommend it. .

Botttled water should be complimentary. The bread assortment at the breakfast buffet seems stale, as well as the cheese and cold cuts. There should be a proper coffee machine to make espresso and cappuccino coffee.
