The pools were very nice. Beach access is close to facility. Convenient to airport. Room comfortable and nicely laid out.

Beach wasn't swimmable. Charging for parking and food was just ok.

Insane pool area, nice activities and really quiet place. They let you new pool/beach towels everyday which is perfect to visit the island. It’s really well decorated.

It could be reformed. There are some details, like door frames that are so rusty.

Resturant trying to do fine dining , far from it way over priced and minimalist, food not cooked great , was still hungry after spending $50 on a small steak Rooms and food very expensive Due to location of resort unless you like sunbathing all day, and eating medicore food, definitely need to hire a car. Car parking like everything else , crazy price was $30 a night to park Shower in bedroom was broken for two days before it was fixed, no apologies or offer to move us. Apart from two receptionist, most were abrupt an unfriendly Coffee shop closed to early and cost $20 to get a takeaway coffee from the resturant

Shutter lounge for dinner was great loved the shrimp appetizer

Beach access and location pond/slight ocean view in quiet area Public areas were nice

my particular room/end of hallway reeked of mildew (had a balcony over pond) Could see apparent "old" or half-cleaned mildew stains all over the carpet Carpet and decor out of date

the pool was true to picture, nice and not over chlorinated. rocky beachfront, nice grounds close to the airport but didn’t hear the planes.

horrible pillows, small beds, moist everything, rusty (our door didn’t even lock) and not clean halls & rooms.

The pools and beach were great.

Promised perks but they were not given to us.

The best, most beautiful place, cleaned rooms, people very friendly, so good.

We couldn’t get any extra towels for the pool they would not get us to wine glasses for the room

atmosphere; very old and tired property. expensive for what we got. also did not expect an additional parking charge per night totalling over $200US. I did expect taxes and have no problem. not the parking.
