The noses the people made pass 10pm on are floor an above us.

Staff was nice.

Cleaners were left in our room by the maids. The Microwave was filthy and couldn't be used. The bed was harder than the floor.

It was clean and relatively quiet.

The pool and pool bathroom just didn't seem well taken care of cleanliness wise.

The front desk did an excellent job getting us a new room when we had an issue with our initial room. Otherwise it was a typical Super 8 - comfortable, inexpensive, no frills, convenient location. The free breakfast was prepackaged microwave sandwiches, yogurt, juice, and coffee, and it was actually better than the breakfast at some of the other Super 8s I've stayed at.

The first room we were assigned was not properly cleaned.

The juice was cold and the yogurt was low in cal and sugar

No hot water for cocoa, the sandwiches tasted a bit freezer burned after heating them. Second morning they were fresher. No splenda only blue akts.

The continental breakfast was horrible and had to throw away the food and the shower broke, and the tub was filling up, and all that was said "oh sorry can't do anything." Was only comp 10 percent.

After my stay I came back to check out after taking a break at my place of appointment and found out that someone had checked out of my room that wasn't me or had any idea of mine took my security deposit. They gave this person my security deposit just on the knowledge of my room number and possibly my name. It was done without my permission and honestly I don't see how the signature did not even match from what I was shown. Most disappointing was how the manager attempted to resolve the situation. After a lengthy wait without hearing anything from them, I returned after getting off of work. At that time she started off the meeting almost accusing me of doing wrong. I explained to her what happened again even over the name of the person that was suspected of taking the deposit. She responded by telling me she's been looking at the cameras all day and there's nothing there she said that she had yet to talk to the night worker who would have been the one to release the deposit. She tried to explain that he was not at work until later that evening and she would not be able to discuss this with him or her until then. She suggested I called the police and make some sort of report and basically just wait. I did not live in the area I have to work I have the feeling that she did not want to resolve this situation or a planned on resolving it her tonebecame very unprofessional especially after my suggestion of some sort of room compensation while the situation gets resolved. Any kind of compensation was never even mentioned by her. I express my concern about this and questioned her investigation of the problem. She told me that she was unable to talk to the person that may help me I've done this that he didn't have a phone or was asleep. After stating that she does back her employees up she is the manager.. she refused to revisit the fact that there seem to be nothing worth mentioning on camera and I found that hard to believe.

After check in things went ok.

we showed up 20 minutes before the allowed check in time. The front desk clerk wanted to charge $25 for early check in. We waited in car 20 minutes and his attitude was still unfriendly. He wouldn't look at me and was just rude. In the morning all the breakfast options were either pancakes or biscuits and gravy nothing else. I stay in hotels every week for work and this location was by far the worst I have ever stayed at. I discourage anyone from staying here. There are lots of hotels near by pick one of those and hope its better then this one.

I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. And seeing the clerk cleaning the area the whole time I was in the dining room area.

It would be nice if the shampoo & soaps containers were easier to use. I had difficulty getting the soaps out. It would have been helpful to have the option of using the old fashioned bar of soap.

The location close to the freeway, great price for a quick weekend getaway.

There were little flies all over in the bathroom, when I told housekeeping staff...they asked if I brought them with me. Breakfast was next to nothing. There was waffles which were fine, but nothing else to go with them. The juice machine wasn't working. There was gravy but no biscuits the first day and the biscuits were hard as a rock the 2nd day. No fruit or any other healthy options, absolutely the worst breakfast I've seen at a hotel and we travel often. Staff wasn't the friendliest, then when we went to check out we waited in line behind a staff member who was at the front gossiping with the one behind the window for a good 5 minutes or so. When they realized we were waiting on them they just laughed and walked off. Their sign in the lobby days "the world is short staffed, please be kind" I guess that gives them a free pass.
