Toilet was broken and did not flush. There was no lotion in bathroom. Room thermostat did not work and blankets were thin.

Nothing much. We came into a small room with a broken faucet, did not honor our paid online booking.

Staff wasn't helpful, charged us twice. Gave us the keycard and that's it, no info on where's the room, what ammenities does the hotel have nor the schedule for breakfast or even the wifi access. We moved to this hotel from a different hotel because the kids wanted a pool, but the pool is not operational, told us it should be ready by 8am before we checked out, but it never did. Breakfast was lame, oatmeal and not even waffles nor pancakes. They have a very few selection. For the value of the hotel, and its name, it didn't stand out, comparing it to a locally owned hotel where we stayed before them. Not even a microwave in the room.
