Everything you could want in a 3 star hotel. Nothing too fancy but all the basics were there and worked perfectly.

The room was adequate. It was dark and the bottom sheet on the bed I used had a small stain. The towels were horrible. They reminded me of skimpy towels used at local YMCA's. (Small and very thin cotton.) The layout of the hotel/conference center was horrible. The lobby level was below the parking and all floors with rooms were above, which meant that there were no direct stairs to the rooms from the parking level. You had to take one small elevator. Of note: the parking level outside door was left ajar 24/7, which did not make me feel safe. The business center was a cpu and small portable table and chair set up, in the open, on the lobby level. The only saving grace of this facility is its location to where I needed to be both in Long Island and Queens.

The neighbourhood felt safe, the location is close to highways, public transit, and restaurants . The parking was free and so was breakfast. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

I didn't like that you are unable to access the stairs from the parking lot, you have to wait for the elevator which is extremely slow.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine but not great it was also hard to find

The desk staff weren't very helpful, the times I had questions they didn't even look up. I had to ask where the breakfast was, I think that should have been explained upon check-in. The Bathroom was VERY small.

Noisy air-conditioning

Great breakfast for my family for 4 nights. I asked for water drainage repair but they kindly fixed it quickly. I recommend this hotel for those who visit Queens.

Nothing special at all.

Breakfast is very good. About 45 min train and subway ride to Manhattan. Family hotel, not too many youngsters and quiet. Value for money. It is a 3 star hotel but reasonably priced.

Rooms are a little old. Covid is no longer a reason to not cleaning the day daily.
