I don’t like anything, this whole “stay” was a scam.

Location off the main road was excellent. Easy to get to. The main desk staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast area was clean, and very enjoyable.

The location of the elevator was confusing behind the fire door. The interior could use an update with the rugs.

dirty, location, did not feel safe.

Dirty, run down. Asked for a new TV controller 5 hours later I went to the desk again and then 45 mins later 1 was dropped off at the room. Breakfast was ok (small letters)

handicapped rooms are on the 4 floor a long walking distance from the elevator. Hotel is basically a flop house for out of state workers

Didn't expect anything more than what they had. Was surprised to find lactaid milk Location close to highway

Smell like cigarettes smoke triggered our allergies. Had to leave before length of stay. Stuffy room and smell of smoke on pillows. Dark room and could turn desk light on room hallway no plug...

Basic clean accommodation

Vincent's night club is at the back of the hotel so very noisy. Admittedly it was a Saturday night, not sure how it would be in other nights. Might be an idea to request a road facing room

The location was close to an event that I was attending so it was convenient.

The shower switch was broken and it was difficult to move it from low setting to shower setting. Furthermore, there was discrepancies on how to pay which could have been listed on their site or booking.com.
