The staff was very rude. The toiletries were DISGUSTING! I called the lobby to see if there was anyway housekeeping could come and clean? I was told the housekeeper was somewhere on my floor. I could look for her an ask. Even my children were uncomfortable. We lost out on money because we would’ve much rather be at home comfortably instead of staying in filth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

the beds were awesome and the hallways were relatively quiet.

cleaning was not thorough. i killed a cockroach the first day there that came out of the air conditioner. when i left it was still where i left it three days later. the trim in the hallway is caked with dust as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a good while. breakfast was not the best and old. took some boiled eggs with me to work for breakfast and when i unwrapped them they were slimy and smelled spoiled. other than that it’s just cereal and stale bagels with a waffle maker and oatmeal. coffee was fair. paid with a debit card so had to give 100.00 cash deposit. room was 111.00 a night and i needed to extend my stay two days and it was now 145.00 a night? nice motel but way overpriced.

being on the first floor I heard cars driving in the lot all night. also neighbors in and out all night slamming doors. not the property’s default but not a restful sleep.
