there was ants in my bed and room this place is horrible

I liked the decor in the hotel and the comfy bed.

Our microwave didn't work, the fridge was not getting really cold, the towels we had in the bathroom were thrown together, around the toilet was blond hair everywhere, and the shower had soap stains all on the glass, like it wasn't cleaned, and the room lamp was extremely dusty and the bathroom as well, when I used the hair dryer dust flew everywhere and it's so crazy that breakfast cost guest $15 dollars.

Excellent hotel. Luxury in a small town.

Our room was very roomy and the bath facilities spacious. The check in clerk was nice and friendly and accomodating.

no ice machine. lobby air conditioner was broken. I paid for the breakfast buffet even though there was no one eating in there because the air conditioner was broken. The server never checked on us to see if we needed anything. When called over and asked if creamer was available that wasn't flavored, there was no other like half-half available. This server never smiled, figured the check wrong and the desk clerk had to fix it.

overcharged for extra night stay even though checked out early (still trying to resolve) wait staff are not knowledgeable about anything related to the hotel especially reservations No hot water (no explanation or reimbursement for inconvenience) No fresh towels or room cleaning after being there for 4 days no working ice machines trash never taken out request to speak to general manger went without recognition (even staff didn’t know if and when he would be at the hotel)

The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was good, the rooms were clean, and the pool was nice.

The hotel was easy to find and in an excellent location for our needs. Staff were friendly. Check in and out were smooth.

We chose a room with a sofa sleeper because of number of people staying in the room. There was no bedding in the room for it. When we called the front desk to get some, they seemed a little put out by our request. There also was only a partial roll of toilet paper with no extra roll in a room for 6 guests!!! The pool closed too early for us to be able to make good use of while we were there. The cost of our stay was way too high for what we had.
