When booking online we were told they would accommodate our request for a first floor room, they did not. Even though none of the first floor rooms were occupied. Entering the room, the floor was super sticky. We decided just to deal with it since we had been on the road. ALL the towels had stains. The beds had stains and rips in the blankets. Walls are also thin so a couple that checked in during the night stayed next to us and were loud. And they were smoking outside our door and the odor came in. We were in non smoking rooms only. (They weren't smoking cigarettes). DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Staff rude let someone break in my room wen I wasn't there

Staff very rude let a person go in my room wen no one was there. Then made us leave. Saying they was going call cops of my son got out to get our stuff. That place is a joke

when we got there they didn’t have water pipes were froze and no one told us til we arrived and we had no where else to go

Bed was comfortable

Burn holes in a spread bath floor was dirty gum stuck on floor fridge dirty and should be defrosted sink look like it was falling off and they charged a deposit. The worst was the strong urine smell. And no microwave

They forgot to check the freezer, and I got a brand new bottle of tequila. There is nothing else

Roaches in the room. The shower had electrical tape wrapped around the shower head. The tub looked like it was chipping. Soap was in package but looked dirty and gross. No trash can in the room.

I hated the property

the toilet flooded. the room was dirty and the hotel offered a full refund however they have yet to give me my refund ! booking has repeatedly sent them the email to refund me my payment and they won’t respond I’m so frustrated and disappointed

The staff was friendly but not very proactive.

They had roaches. We said something to the staff and they said they were going to have someone come spray but never did. The only upside was they refunded us for one night of our 3 day stay to compensate us but I still wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone.

It was close to the things we wanted to do

There wasn't a coffee maker available and they didn't offer clean towels or toilet paper on the second day and the phone in the room did not work so we could ask for more. I would recommend that motel.

The motel was misrepresented on booking.com. the 1st room we were given had no microwave,a broken airconditioner, and the door wouldn't lock when we finally got it unlocked! The second room, the bathroom was not clean.the whole experience was very uncomfortable.
