I liked that it was in a convenient area near JFK airport and Jamaica shopping center

I didn't like that there are no microwaves in the rooms.

The location was the only good part of this deal.

The room was very filthy. Purchased $35 or cleaning products from nearby 99 cent store just to clean surfaces of tables, toilet, shower walls, flloor and anything you would likely come in contact with. Hair all over the bed and bathroom towels. Toilet smelled of urine and had visible grim and filth surrounding it. Was more like a prison room. The room had a heavy smell of cigarettes, even after requesting smoke-free. Could hear kids running around all night long and people shouting in the parking near my window. They truly fail where hospitality is concerned.

Everything was good clean quiet and peaceful. I had a chance to relax I enjoyed my stay.

The place is mostly quiet, and the receptionists are always in good mood and ready to assist clients. The cleanliness also is very great. The bed does not make noise while l am turning around. I will recommend the place to any one who is looking for a great place for leisure or family matters.

One major problem is the toilet. It makes a lot of noise while flushing. Another issue, is the rooms should be occupied by a noise reduction. Meaning l should not have to hear some is yelling on the hallway. Other than that everything else is great.

The location was perfect.
