Loud squeaky bathroom door hinges. Bathroom sink was off-centered to the left away from mirror. Wasn’t informed of backside overflow parking.

This hotel has very severe hygiene problems. Bed sheets smell like urine, floor is very dirty.

Room curtain did not reduce outside light, room door hard to close, most of staff non english speaking and hard to talk with ( asked a male where ice machine was he did not know what ice was), ice machine 2nd floor was broken.

Nice beds, 4 great pillows each! Close to event, and fast food. Clean and quiet.

Night clerks rules changing, only one English speaking person. Refused coffee at 6:30 am Saturday, Saturday personnel ate all Danish rolls in dinning room, left only plain bagel s. broken pancake machine. Maid banging on door at 9 am, couldn't speak any English.

.I enjoyed the size of the room and everything else the staff was nice and i enjoyed breakfast every morning. Everything is near by and convenient. Ty was really nice and welcoming. I believe that's her name I asked where the ketchup was and she helped me and asked about my stay.

The toilet made noise. at night was when I noticed it more. And our room door had to be shut hard in order for the door not to open one time we came back and our door was open no one was in it but it was probably really windy. I did enjoy everything else everyone was nice

The location was all right. The pool was filthy when we arrived thankfully the next day it was cleaned.

The second room was not even ready for someone to occupy it was a total mess I'm surprised there was a bed in there for somebody to sleep in. My bathroom had a foul odor and the caulking around the bathtub had black mold the walls had coffee and soda spilled on them. The television had very few channels to choose from. The vending machine for soda was empty. The pancake making appliance was broken. The coffee machine was broken one morning. The breakfast food was not good at all. I do not like the fact that they are using the Best Western name and they are not even close to the quality that the Best Western maintained they should take Best Western out of their name totally.

Bed was OK,pillow very hard put on floor.

I stayed with my family for 2 days, the town is very quiet and nice, pool was small but dirty with leaves dead bugs and debris. Breakfast was great for the price of the room on a holiday weekend. Right across the street from Carl's Jr and around the corner from 711 many shopping centers nearby. My biggest issue was we had a strange guy lurking around our room, he came knocking on the door in the evening offering gifts for my kids said he noticed them playing earlier I made a complaint at the front desk and said I didn't feel safe. The guy at the front desk said sorry to hear that let me know if he comes back, we'll he came back later that night about 1030 pm I let the front desk know and he just said "we have alot of homeless in the area I'm sure it's just one of them" the issue was never resolved and I definitely will never be going back

Clean room with comfy beds and amenities. Nice coffee and some snacks for breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
