I was double charged. No blankets no pillows. Staff very rude.

it has an excelent location, the room was very clean and spacious, had nice towels and sheets, the kitchen is fully equipped.

I had the worst check-in experience of my life. I have been booking my hotels for several years, mostly in the US through Booking.com and never before I had the problem that happened in this hotel. I had payed 8 nights in advance and the two people who were attending the front desk kept insisting that they were unable to collect my payment from Booking.com and that there was nothing they could do, and it wss my responsibility to contact Booking and solve the problem. The lady was very unfriendly. After a lot of debate, I tried contacting Booking by phone and my confirmation number was apparently not being recognized by the system. While I kept trying, and after around 40 minutes I had arrived in the property and was in complete distress, the lady called me back with the information that she was finally able to collect my payment.

The kitchen fully stocked. The market being open 24 hrs.

Not much water pressure for the shower. Supply coffee that matches the coffee pot.

Front desk check in is always easy.

No one monitors where people smoke. There are places smoking is allowed. But people smoke wherever and I had an issue with that.

The cost. The layout of the room. The easy booking. The ease of checking in. The front staff was very informative. The breakfast was great. Overall, one of our best stays in a Bay Area hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

They did not advertise that our 2 bedroom was actually a room and loft. With 3 young children that was a constant worry with steep stairs and open upper level (1/2 wall right next to bed) Room smelled dingy and you could tell people have smoked in it. Otherwise, it was great to have a little kitchen and continental breakfast was very nice for kids.

Smell. No service for 3 days. Advertised “every other day” but even with towel request didn’t get it

Great location. Very quiet. Great room layout. Loved the entryway to office with cookies, coffee, lemonade, etc.

Great room, really big, very comfortable and clean. Great living and kitchen area with all the facilities. Breakfast upstairs in the main reception area was interesting - DYI waffle makers, hot breakfast options and juices. Appreciated the reception being able to store our cases for a day when we were travelling down the coast. This motel also provides secure lock boxes at reception, which seemed to be a rarity in the US!

No in-room washer/dryers provided. There are some shared facilities on-site but when we checked them out they seemed to be full of people's washing which had not yet been removed. Seemed to be an electrical outage during our stay which disrupted the lift service for a few hours.
