Total rip off on price. Poor service. Terrible facilities.

hot tub and gym amenities are great. Provided laundry and dish detergent always a plus for extended stay. Location in regards to ski lifts and transportation is walking distance and on lazy days the shuttle will take you for free anyway.

We had the B&C units to a “pod” where another guest would be in unit A. Our unit C never locked. the card key didn’t activate or beep and the handle never locked. this gave us the impression that the person in unit A could access our unit at any time.

I know that it’s the pandemic right now, but I feel like this is the first year things didn’t go the way they have in the last six. I feel like people were more stressed out, probably due to the employee shortage. And I had to be moved rooms because my fridge and fireplace did not work. I had requested a DVD player, it did not happen. Usually they do provide wine (they did last year) as an amenity but I guess not this time.
