Breakfast was closed most of my stay. But did manage to get some ff they were great.for lunch..once staff wonderful.
Pot smoke strong .all up down hallway .balcony. people loud throwing cans full beer over balcony. Yelling up down hallway.. till 3am or so.but I understand can not control that big of crowd.we staying in for 2 or 3 days just trying to rest and. Avoid them wanted to use hot tub but could bleach was way over whelming and well we lost about 3days of my vacation due to others actions.i stayed a whole week well over a 1000.$ but loved the room and staff..

The view was nice, the staff were friendly. The doorman is great.
Dirty room,I had to clean the toilet before I could use it. Pool had safety issues. Overall, the accommodations were run down and in dire need of repairs.

First room TV didn't work. Moved to another room hallway smelled live Marijuana receptionist knew it she was the first and did nothing even though I had a kid with me. The door wouldn't lock because it was out of align. Beds were just springs no pads my body was in bad shape the second night. Comforter had food stains didn't look like anything was changed on the bed in a while. This tv was about 30 inches and had lines going down you could see where someone punched it. We ended up leaving early and they wouldn't refund they didn't even acknowledge I was checking out early until I said something. I will never step foot in this place again hole building smelled like until cakes.
Maybe the view of the back deck but not worth the stay.

We walked in our room and it wasn’t clean yet. Beds wasn’t made. Got another room. Card didn’t work to get in and to go back and get the cards activated

Desk clerk was nice and helpful
Repairs to the bathtub was gross. The sidewalk between the front drive and parking lot appears to have heaved making it unsafe, at least for me. I tripped and fell hurting my hands, right wrist and right knee,

Friendly staff and very clean. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
Wish the kitchen was open a little later, but the food was great and not as super high priced like a lot of resorts.

Very outdated walls were repaired and paint did not match . Outlet was loose, bathroom was clean but looked like it could use some tlc. Tub looked like it had some mold where it was caulked. Floor tiles were broken in the bathroom and in the elevator. Ok for 1 night last minute room but would not stay there for days.

The hot tub and the view was amazing.
The room smelled musty and the hotel in general wasn't really kept as clean as others we had stayed at that were alot cheaper than what I paid to stay here.

Location was the only thing about this place that was a plus. The view was nice but you had to take an arc to get from the room to the pool.

We were disappointed the restaurant was not open during our stay. We had planned to stay in and go to the restaurant for dinner. Also would have liked music in the bar area but it was closed.

Excellent view
Not 3 star! The bed was horrible. I couldn't stand up straight the next morning. The hubby and I kept rolling into the middle of the bed because it was so broken down. Bathroom has horrible lighting. The tub was disgusting. It has black stains in it.

Staff allowed us to check earlier in than their stated terms, which was great. We had to leave earlier than expected due to health issues. The front desk was extremely understanding and issued a credit immediately for the one night that we didn't use. We really appreciated that. Told us we needed to contact booking to confirm cancellation and refund.
Pillows on the beds were horrible, like sleeping on bricks. Mattresses were just fine. Everything else in the room was just fine. When we left that is when the problems started. Attempted to contact Booking several different times to follow up with Booking per instruction from the property. Booking reps either didn't have a clue what they were doing or didn't give a hoot. Was hung up on twice. Inn at Grand Glaize has already issued a credit, now it is time for your company to take care of their portion of the equation.
