The WIFI was TERRIBLE! It kept bouncing us off. My wife just gave up trying to use it on her phone.

The staff here is top notch! The breakfast is excellent as well. We stay here every time we're in the area.

It's a little outdated and the room is clean enough... But there's hair in the shower and the hair dryer didn't work. Little repairs are needed.

Hot tub broke. Only reason I booked at this place.. showed up then told us hot tub was broke.. not enough pillows they was flat.. there was trash on the floor in my room and they didn't clean it I had to ask for towels house keeper acted rude and was on her phone each time I seen her..

The place was clean, warm & inviting

The pillows were flat and the mattress probably needs to be changed.

It was a good place to stay. It was quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better.

Liked having a couch in the room for my pet to lay in.

The pills were horrible and no extra blanket. We were located right next to the storage room and someone opened and closed the door all night.

Was kind of an old facility. The desk personnel had to be called in from outside to help us out, they were on a smoke break.

THE SMELL OF THE ROOM! It was a full 3 day musky, moldy and dank smell in our room. We wished we'd asked for a different room as soon, but felt they were probably all the same - my husband thought anyway. ALL clothing we brought with us whether worn or not came back home with that smell; especially our certain equipment for sleeping we took w us. It took us to have to wipe off or down everything we brought w us; 2 washes for all clothing (new and worn); 4 wash and rinses of all equipment taken. We were shocked and VERY unhappy about all of this! We had no idea this would be the repercussions of keeping that room/staying at this Red Roof Inn...
