We didn’t have air all night.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and the hotel staff was a pleasure to interact with. All of them had to visit with my little chihuahua! We had absolutely no issues.

Liked the size of the unit, with kitchen, easy access to parking.

There were bugs, big bugs all over the room, not sure where they were coming from, pullout sofa had no sheets, pillows or blankets, room phone didn't work, room was super beat up, severely dented fridge, broken tiles, heavy wear and tear, but the kicker was the upstairs unit left their alarm for 50 minutes starting at 5 am and even after 5 phone calls to the front desk, they refused to knock on the upper room to get them to wake up and turn off alarm (said that was against policy) and it was a long term guest (so I guess they house people). Requested toilet paper and they never brought it, had to go down to the lobby, it was a crazy untypical Marriott experience.

The outdoor area by pool was not clean. A bad smell from patio area.

Excellent staff, they delivered what they promised and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a perfect size. We felt very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness.

The eating area was way too crowded so we couldn't take advantage of the free breakfast. Especially during covid, having a swarm of people around open food is a risk I wasn't willing to take, plus someone was coughing a lot and so I was still not comfortable being in the room with many strangers.

The hotel was very clean and I liked how the staff was always cleaning!!!

The only complaint was the noise from the room above us!
