Great, spacious room and wonderful pool!
trash outside the entrance to our Lodge was overflowing onto the sidewalk, had to walk around the squirrels to get into the door -- wasn't emptied until early next morning.

The property is beautiful with a large pool, golf course, and restaurant! Our room was huge! Two queens, with large clean bathroom!
Nothing. It was super clean, we couldn’t hear our neighbors or I80 even with how big our window was.

I'm a local and I've always been impressed with Little America, especially the staff.
This was a honeymoon suite for my oldest son, and though he liked and appreciated the room he did tell me (after of course) that the room was dirty. There were personal items from previous occupants in the dresser drawers. The comforter was stained (wine or blood?) and unwashed.

Location was ok. The lounge was excellent, we enjoyed the live music. You staff was very friendly.
I wanted a king deluxe room, the picture showed a nice big tub. That is what my wife wanted. Instead the tub was a standard sized tub. The room was huge, and we'll furnished. However the lamp cords were out in the open and stretched from wall to lamps, looked very shawty, and could be a tripping hazard. I feel I did not get what I paid for and will probably not use you facilities again.

Drinks in the lounge were not cheap. $30 for 2 - draft beers and 2 Captain Morgan Spiced rum drinks was excessive.

it was decorated for the season
during the night the lights kept coming on and off. there was the sound of slamming doors and cabinets. and there was a spot on our sheets.

The young woman who checked us in was delightful. Super friendly and helpful. What a nice person! Our room was beautiful with a nice little balcony and view of the pool. Parking was simple. The property is always so well-maintained and lovely. The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We love staying here!
Breakfast was too expensive and there were not many Grab and Go choices. The woman who I assume was the manager was grouchy, unfriendly, and seemed very rough and rude to the young men working in the Cafe Saturday morning. I asked for napkins and she rolled her eyes at me and barked that they were "right there!" She was a grouchy troll! She made a very bad impression on my husband and me. However, the young man who actually was trying to wait on us was very sweet!!! Super friendly and helpful. But, he seemed nervous around the woman manager.

I felt like it was an imposition during dining…maybe we came late, I’m not sure…just felt off. everyone has those days tho. we were on vacation and didn’t read too much into it. Our waitress was super nice.

The rooms are overdue for an upgrade. Smelly carpet, old furniture, dated bathrooms.

The location was beautiful. I loved true swimming pool, and that the restaurant and coffee shop were on site .
The room had not been deep cleaned in some time . Dead moths all over . A plumbing access panel door was wide open with no way to close it . I taped it shut.
