It feels new! The staff was friendly!

It was not much the hotel could do about it directly, but the parking lot had a ton of trucks with trailers parked sideways taking up five to six spots each. Same with a Uhaul. The bathroom corners need a little more focus when being cleansed because there was a build up of dirt in the corners.

I didn’t buy any snacks but when I glanced at the selection it seemed there was a lot of junk food. I know it’s hard to keep fresh healthy options that are counter stable but something to consider if possible

Booking.com wouldn't pay for our rooms after VISA had been charged for our rooms in advance of our stay. The hotel tried to charge us again for our 2nd room, in Michelle's name. It took 3 hrs of negotiating with tru hotel employees and booking.com people Still was not resolved. It was between booking.com and the tru by Hilton. I an EXTREMELY disappointed. Very humiliating to be declined when you have already paid, and it is the Hilton and Booking.com dispute.

Smart TVs, you tube, Netflix would be nice.

The lobby was amazing. The room was nice. The pool was fun. they also had a big message board where the employees wrote down fun local' places to go to like restaurants or fun activities which was very helpful. We found a great little restaurant from that!

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. I think our main issue was the heater in our room wouldn't stop blowing out cold air. It was freezing in our room. We did make sure it was on heat and everything at one point we even tried to turn it up to 80, it was still cold air. So we just turned it off. Which kept our room much warmer. We did ask the front desk what we should do but they didn't seem to care we basically got a, " oh. Ok. Thank you. We will have to look at it." But honestly, it was a good stay other than that.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Rooms had modern furniture, very stylish and comfortable. Great breakfast and amenities.

Rooms could have a warmer feel with carpet rather than the wood style tile.
