You agreed at check in to cancel one room as person flight arrived. You said to tell bookings and bookings said you didn’t agree. I am still waiting for refund on one room. Very disappointed

Travel with a family of 6 gave me a room someone was staying in moved me to a 2nd room end up being one bed went back down for the 3rd time room was good but Ac has a timer on it no way to turn it off we asked had to get up every hour to turn in back on at night bc the room got so hot

My new BMW had the window smash out as my car was broken into as it sit right in front of the lobby and no body said or saw anything not happy at all !!!!!!!!!

L’hôtel était overbooke lors de notre arrivée. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et 1 canapé-lit étant une famille de 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Il ne restait aucune chambre de ce type et nous nous sommes vus proposer une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 canapé-lit (soit 3 couchages en tout, pour 5 personnes!) ce qui ne nous permettait pas de nous loger de façon décente car pas assez de couchage pour nous 5. Au bout de 10 minutes de palabre, on nous a finalement concède une deuxième chambre, nous promettant que nous aurions une chambre conforme à notre réservation pour notre deuxième nuit. Le lendemain, nous avons donc reçu la chambre que nous avions réservée, mais celle-ci était particulièrement sale… le sol était dégoûtant et collait. Impossible de marcher pieds nus. L’état de saleté de la chambre était tout bonnement inacceptable! Lorsque nous en avons référé à la réceptionniste, celle-ci s’est contentée de s’excuser sans conviction ni empathie. Trop, c’est trop. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. L’accumulation de désagréments conséquents sur un séjour de 2 nuits seulement est inadmissible.

Carpet . I don’t think hotel should have carpet anymore . Fake wood floor with few rugs more hygienic
