I booked at 4.30 am as we came for funeral which was happening immediate . I called property few hrs later requesting to cancel and they said if we cancel I would loose a days rent . I said then don’t cancel keep the room and we will come and stay 2 days … now what happen is they charged me cancellation 242$ and also two days rent separately thags 501$ and I have been calling and mailing manager and no response from

Everything was spotless and the staff was very accommodating. Also, everything you need is in the surrounding area.

There was adequate parking. The lobby was nice and open with easy access to the elevator.

The heating system in the room was noisy and gave off an odor when we first turned it on. The roll-in shower had no place to store soap while bathing. For an accessible room, the space to move around and store my wheelchair and walker was very limited.

This is the place that you want to be at after a long trip. The staff is an instant family, makes you feel like you’re the only guest there, you won’t see a frown here, the room is clean, the bed is the most comfortable one of all the hotel beds I slept in so far, the shuttle service is impeccable…excellent hotel and the service ❤️

The bed and pillows were great. but the hotel elevator was broken and the one that worked was malfunctioning. The chairs in the dining area were worn out and broken.

Breakfast was great with great options. Also, the room was nice and bed was comfortable. We ate dinner there and though the menu was very limited, the food was good. The service was not great at dinner, but the server had to serve all the tables herself, and there were several.

The pool had very cold water, and the hot tub wasn't open at all.

Pool stunk, breakfast stale, cold food not worth the price. Shower stream stung from intensity and could not turn it down, service poor, room needed furniture, and lamp shades replaced, really disappointed. Beds were also lumpy. Just all around bad

Brake fast was Ok, although there was a bit of mis app when we check in on Friday night. We know we had paid for brake fast to be included, but was told it was not. Lucky I was able to pull up by reservation from my email..
