The breakfast that was provided was a simple, but plentiful, continental breakfast. Coffee, tea, and water were available 24/7. Happy hour -- with sangria, beer, and soft drinks -- were provided in the evenings. The room was clean, comfortable, with an air conditioner that kept the room cool -- an important matter in Key West. The staff was VERY welcoming and gracious.

Everything. The staff was exceptional. Stephen was always offering his assistance to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If he wasn't offering his assistance he was assisting in the cleaning and organizing of items in the breakfast area. The facilities were spotless and most comfortable. The staff was also very informative regarding restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend this Guest house.

The room was awesome--a full suite, with a large sitting/kitchen area and a large bathroom. We really liked the layout of the building and outside lounge areas. We liked the availability of coffee/tea and cold water as self-service at any time. The office was very helpful in suggesting where to eat and how to get around most easily. Very friendly and pleasant place. A bit of a calm oasis in the overall frenetic feel of Key West.

The property was within walking distance to everything, but it was far enough away that it was quiet.

The shower door did not stay closed. We put a shampoo bottle there to keep it shut. The A/C unit made a "clicking" sound most of the night.

Very clean, decent location within walking distance of the Main Street and attractions, very friendly staff and there was actually parking which was nice, had a cute little happy hour 4-5pm, beach towels available to borrow

No restroom to use when room was not ready for check in, queen room was well maintained but very small, not very noise proof but beds were cosy and we were able to sleep quickly
